Wharf by-law

TDC has drafted a Navigational Safety By-law which as it stands would have the effect of banning wharf jumping at Mapua. The folks at Friends of Mapua Waterfton have drafted the following as a template to use as a submission - but it needs to be there by 8pm tonight
